王风军 教研室主任，硕士研究生，毕业于青岛大学材料专业。主要研究成果：《Preparation and properties of nano-silica/calcium alginate blend fibers》（2011年，Advanced Textile Materials）、《Rheological behavior of blend spinning solution sodium alginate and carbon black》（2011年，Advanced Textile Materials）、《靶基距对射频磁控溅射法制备氟碳膜的结构与性能的影响》（2010年、功能材料）。

    王大放 中共党员，2010年毕业于中国石油大学，获硕士学位，专业：物理学，研究方向：电磁理论及应用技术。2010.8-2015.8在中国石油天然气运输公司工作，工程师。2015年9月调入青岛滨海学院，从事大学物理教学。目前以第一作者公开发表论文3篇。

    刘洋 05年青岛滨海学院第一届本科生，机械设计制造及其自动化专业，工学学士学位，毕业留校后一直从事教学仪器设备管理与维护工作，现任大学物理实验教学中心专职实验员。

张翠玉 中共预备党员，2015年6月年获山东科技大学应用物理学学士学位，2021年6月博士毕业于湖南师范大学物理学专业。主要研究方向：量子信息处理。发表文章《Entropy squeezing for a V-type three-level atom interacting with a single-mode field and passing through the amplitude damping channel with weak measurement》(Chin.Phys.B)。

张菊，中共党员，同济大学博士，2023年8月进入青岛滨海学院，从事大学物理教学和科研工作。一直致力于热电新能源材料方面的理论研究。
